First, determine the customs code (commodity code) for the imported equipment. Only by obtaining the accurate customs code can we determine the regulatory conditions for the imported equipment, that is, to determine whether the automatic import license is approved by the national Ministry of Commerce or by the provincial or local Ministry of Commerce.
Prepare the necessary documents and begin the inspection and registration process for imported used equipment.
After the goods arrive at the Hong Kong port, arrange for document exchange, cargo pickup, and pre-shipment inspection.
After the inspection is completed, the goods will be temporarily stored in our Hong Kong warehouse, and then proceed with applying for the automatic import license (approval document), which takes 20 working days.
Once the license is obtained, arrange booking space with the shipping company, rent containers, and arrange the barge transportation from the Hong Kong port to the inland port.
After obtaining the customs clearance document, you can prepare and submit the customs declaration. The customs process, including document review and price verification, usually takes 4 working days if there are no issues. Once completed, you will receive the tax bill, pay the duties, and obtain release.
